The Game Awards 2025 will take place on December 11 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Nominees were announced Monday, with titles such as Death Stranding 2, Donkey Kong Bananza and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 among those up for game of the year. Clair Obscur received 12 nominations, including three in the best performance category, making it the most-nominated game in the ceremony's 12-year history. Death Stranding 2 and Ghost of Yōtei received eight nods each; Hades II received seven and Hollow Knight: Silksong received five. Sony Interactive Entertainment leads publishers with 19 nominations. Fan voting starts today on the TGA website and social platforms, with public ballots accounting for 10 percent of the final vote.
