"Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, out now, is a remake of Hideo Kojima's classic 2004 game, Metal Gear Solid 3. The series set the foundation of stealth games that many games released in the last 20 years since have taken heavy inspiration from. Stealth gameplay mechanics have been a cornerstone of video games and some titles have implemented their own unique takes on sneaking around bad guys."
"A sequel to the first Dishonored game, this entry follows empress Emily Kaldwin after she becomes dethroned by the witch Delilah Copperspoon. Unlike its predecessor, this game features a dual protagonist structure. You can choose to either play as Emily or her father, Corvo, the previous game's protagonist. Dishonored 2's gameplay mechanics feature a vast repertoire of supernatural stealth abilities, such as being able to teleport, and even taking control of other people's bodies."
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3 that restores the series' foundational stealth gameplay. The Metal Gear series established core stealth mechanics that influenced many games over the last two decades. The remake leans toward grounded, Cold War-era stealth while retaining Kojima's occasional goofiness. Konami has continued supporting the franchise with releases and remasters since 2013. Other stealth franchises take different approaches, such as Dishonored and Deus Ex, which introduce supernatural abilities or futuristic tech to expand player options and multiple approaches to missions.
