Wizards of the Coast discovered that rares and mythics from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion ended up in Lorwyn Eclipsed prerelease kits. The company will provide a make-good by giving every TMNT prerelease attendee an extra Promo Pack chosen at random from five in-universe sets: Lorwyn Eclipsed, Edge of Eternities, Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Duskmourn: House of Horror, or Bloomburrow. Each Promo Pack contains a rare or mythic rare from the package set, an alternate-frame card from that set, and a rare or mythic from another set that was Standard legal when the pack printed. Stores may decide whether promo-pack cards are legal for prerelease play. TMNT prerelease events begin February 27 and extra promo packs are available while supplies last.
