"As Resell Calendar outlines, PS5 hackers believe they've found a jailbreak for the system's upcoming 12.00 system update, but the developers behind the jailbreak say you'll need a physical copy of the 2019 Racer Revenge port to pull it off. This isn't unheard of, as earlier jailbreak methods have required a Blu-ray disc to access the proper exploit, and the Racer Revenge port has an issue that allows users to "inject code into the system" and that has gone unpatched since the original 2002 release on PS2."
