The latest installment in the Plague Tale series, Resonance: A Plague Tale Story, was revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase, set 15 years prior to Requiem. Players will follow the journey of a new protagonist, Sophia, a plunderer running from an army while uncovering her past on Minotaur's Island. Asobo Studio aims to blend combat, myth, and fate within a richer action narrative. The game introduces new historical themes and environments, with a release planned for 2026 across major platforms, as well as day-one availability on Xbox Game Pass.
