Tero Virtala left the CEO role after nine years and cofounder Markus Mäki stepped in as interim CEO while resigning as chairman; Henri Österlund became the new chairman. Remedy issued a profit warning, lowered the long-term sales forecast for FBC: Firebreak, and recorded a €14.9 million non-cash impairment related to the game's development and publishing rights, pushing expected operating profit into the red.
