Bandai Namco has officially updated the United Galaxy Space Force timeline for the first time in nearly a decade, introducing Shadow Labyrinth, a dark platformer spin-off of Pac-Man. Set in the year 3333, after the events of the terminated RTS game from 2009, players will follow the adventures of Puck, a PAC-type android, and Swordsman No.8. Shadow Labyrinth ties into a previous anthology series on Amazon and will be showcased in the March 2025 Nintendo Direct, releasing on multiple platforms. A special edition celebrating Pac-Man's 45th anniversary will also be available, including exclusive collectibles.
