Nintendo has announced a new Playtest Program, aiming for 40,000 testers, an increase from 10,000 from last year's event. Participation is limited to active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members, available on both the original Switch and Switch 2. The program application period opens from July 18 to July 21, with different selection criteria for Japan and other regions.
