Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can participate in a second round of playtesting for an undisclosed game between July 28 and August 10, with applications opening on July 21. The playtest will allow 40,000 participants, and players must have an active subscription to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. The game, rumored to be a massively multiplayer online experience similar to Minecraft or Roblox, had previously been teased in an initial playtest in October 2024 where details were leaked despite player confidentiality requests.

The registration for this playtest will open on July 18, but players can only submit applications starting July 21 at 11 a.m. Eastern.
