Game Science is creating a sequel to its successful title Black Myth: Wukong, named Black Myth: Zhong Kui. The game draws inspiration from the Chinese folk figure Zhong Kui and was announced at Gamescom with a teaser trailer. Currently in early development, the game has no in-game footage available. Game Science has indicated that it is still working on the game's outline and mentioned that players will not be playing as a monkey character this time. The original game achieved significant commercial success, selling over 25 million copies.
