Mark Gerhard, co-CEO of Build a Rocket Boy, issued a formal cease-and-desist on the studio's official Discord, tagging YouTuber Cyber Boi and accusing him of media manipulation, espionage, sabotage, and interference targeting the studio. The notice appeared roughly 18 minutes after Cyber Boi posted a video titled "Leslie Benzies is in the Epstein Files," which Cyber Boi later removed citing threats of escalated legal action. The Department of Justice released over three million Epstein-related files that included references to Leslie Benzies. Several of Cyber Boi's other videos were also removed from his channel, including an interview with a former Build a Rocket Boy member.
