"The Wandering Merchant and Lost Merchant quest come from the wish board in Songclave, a small settlement at the far-right corner of Choral Chamber. Jubilana's quests won't appear in the settlement initially. Instead, you must do the following: Ring the bell in Songclave and talk to the Caretaker. Fast travel out of Songclave and return later. Tackle a few side quests from the wish board while you're at it."
"Jubilana is at the left-hand side of Choral Chamber--i.e. above and to the left of the entrance to Whiteward. Take out the enemies in the room so she knows that it's safe. The Lost Merchant quest, meanwhile, only appears much later in the campaign. You might need to complete other side quests from the Songclave board, including Fine Pins, Balm for the Wounded, and others."
The Wandering Merchant and Lost Merchant quests originate from the Songclave wish board in Choral Chamber. Jubilana's quests do not appear initially; ring the Songclave bell, talk with the Caretaker, fast travel out and return, and complete a few wish-board side quests to enable them. The Wandering Merchant quest appears around mid-Act 2; Jubilana is on the left side of Choral Chamber above and left of the Whiteward entrance—clear the room's enemies so she feels safe. The Lost Merchant quest emerges much later and may require completing Fine Pins, Balm for the Wounded, and other board tasks. For Lost Merchant, access Memorium's lower-right hidden path to an open area toward Putrefied Ducts; Jubilana will be surrounded by flying enemies, so defeat them to reach her. Jubilana offers items including the Tool: Ascendant's.
