Heartopia captures the hearts of Animal Crossing and The Sims fans to become the No.1 free download across 50 countries

Heartopia launched on iOS and Android as a free-to-play cosy life sim from XD Games, with the PC Steam release delayed to an indeterminate point in 2026. The game is also available on XD's cross-device platform TapTap and reached the top spot on the App Store downloads chart for free games in more than 50 countries and regions. Players receive free items and can access three gacha banners offering outfits and furniture. Regular content updates are planned, including a Winter Frost season with ice skating and snowman-building, and a February My Little Pony collaboration. Gameplay combines character creation, home building, multiplayer social play, and seven launch hobbies each with dedicated progression tracks. Helpful guides are available to assist new players.
