Atomic Arcade has been developing a G.I. Joe spin-off video game featuring Snake Eyes since its announcement nearly three years ago. Recently, the developer released initial images showcasing the characterâs in-game model alongside a description of his combat tools, emphasizing Snake Eyesâ legacy as both a ninja and a commando. The game is part of Hasbro's $1 billion investment in video game development, although details regarding potential character appearances besides Snake Eyes remain undisclosed.
In a post on X, Atomic Arcade wrote "We are hard at work on our game centered on Snake Eyes... and we wanted to share a glimpse of the awesome work our team is doing."
The first picture features a look at Snake Eyes' recently used sword, which still has fresh blood on it, showcasing the character's dark and impressive combat skills.
Snake Eyes isn't solely reliant on swords, as he is also a trained commando who may use firearms if the situation requires.
Snake Eyes' enigmatic ninja persona made him a fan-favorite since the '80s, connecting him to various significant figures in the G.I. Joe universe.
