Expedition 33 Star Reacts To TGA Nomination, Says He Doesn't Deserve All The Credit
"There is an amazing French actor by the name of Maxence Cazorla who did almost all of the motion capture for that role in that game. Any nomination, or any credit I get, I have to give to him. I believe the performance of that character is really down to him and my voice was just a part of that process."
"I am thrilled for this nomination,"
Charlie Cox received a Best Performance nomination at The Game Awards for his role as Gustave in Expedition 33. He is thrilled by the nomination and attributes the character's performance largely to Maxence Cazorla, a French performance-capture actor who performed almost all of Gustave’s motion capture, with Cox’s contribution primarily limited to voice. Expedition 33 led all titles this year with 12 nominations, including a Game of the Year nod, making it the most-nominated game in Game Awards history. Other acting nominees include Ben Starr, Jennifer English, Erika Ishii, Konatsu Kato, and Troy Baker. The Game Awards will take place on Thursday, December 11.
