Battlefield 6's Wildest Tactic Now Has Its Own Dogtag
"As reported by Eurogamer, a Rendezook dog tag cosmetic is now given to players who successfully jump out of their jet, use a well-placed shot from a bazooka to take out an enemy jet, and then safely return to the jet. It would be an impossible stunt to pull off in real life, but a player who goes by Stun_Gravy discovered it was possible in Battlefield 3 and shared a video to prove it."
"The word Rendezook is the combination of rendezvous and bazooka, and it's become such a popular term that it earned an entrée in the Urban Dictionary. Battlefield 6 is officially out today for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. According to analyst Rhys Elliott of Aliena Analytics, the game has already earned over $100 million in preorders from Steam alone. Battlefield 6 has a day-one update patch that has more than 200 bug fixes."
The Rendezook is a legendary Battlefield maneuver that began in Battlefield 3 and appeared in the Battlefield 2042 announcement trailer. The maneuver involves jumping from a jet, firing a bazooka to destroy an enemy jet, and then safely returning to the original jet. Battlefield 6 awards a Rendezook dog tag cosmetic to players who successfully complete the stunt. The term combines rendezvous and bazooka and has an entry in Urban Dictionary. Battlefield 6 launches on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, earned significant Steam preorders, and shipped with a day-one patch fixing over 200 bugs.
