Valley of Memory is a free expansion for Assassin's Creed Mirage launching November 18 on PC and consoles, arriving around the game's two-year mark. The story chapter occurs before the main game's finale and centers on Basim traveling to 9th-century AlUla after rumors that his long-lost father may still be alive, only to find the valley threatened and his father missing. The expansion offers up to six hours of content and new locations including the old town, the tombs of Hegra, Musa Ibn Musayr fortress, and the Valley of the Stones. Developed by Ubisoft teams in Bordeaux and Paris with support from Bucarest, Da Nang, and Montpellier, the update also makes black box missions and contracts replayable via the Animus Sequences or in-world and includes a parkour update with a new manual toggle option.
