Embark Studios will add multiple new maps to Arc Raiders this year, offering a spectrum of sizes to support different gameplay types. Embark plans additional content such as weapons and Arc robots and will share part of the upcoming roadmap "sometime soon" while deciding the cadence of updates. Development is exploring ways to expand gameplay and player interaction, reacting to how the player base engages with the game. Proposed expansions include making the underground hub Speranza interactive and explorable for player meetings and potential trades. Arc Raiders has around 12 million players.
