"Head to the southernmost dome circled on the map below. This area is frequented by other raiders, so stay frosty. This dome contains a data archive. When you arrive at the dome, head inside and find a computer terminal (data archive) in the center of the building. Interact with this terminal to download the data. Download the data from this terminal."
Travel to the Hydroponic Dome Complex on the northwestern side of Dam Battlegrounds and enter the southernmost dome. Locate the computer terminal in the center of that dome and interact with it to download the data archive. Exit the dome via the southernmost exit and enter the Field Depot a few steps away. Use the computer terminal along the back wall beside the door to upload the downloaded data. Extraction is not required to complete the quest, so a free loadout can be used to avoid risking valuable gear. The Central Swamp Lift provides the nearest extraction point.
