Complete the Unexpected Initiative quest by collecting Fertilizer and a Water Pump within a single Buried City raid. Fertilizer spawns in orange planting pots on the roof of the Grandioso Apartments on the western side of the map; reach the roof via the inner zipline and nearby stairs. A Water Pump spawns in the broken rooftop gardens at Piazza Roma northeast of Grandioso Apartments; the target building is within that POI and is generally low-traffic. Expect other raiders at Grandioso Apartments because it offers above-average loot. The game can provide both items, but players can also bring them from stash. Bring an augment with two safe pockets to retain both items if extraction fails.
