Paving the Way requires visiting two maps and completing tasks on each before extracting. The Dam Battlegrounds Water Treatment Center is the easiest ENELICA building to access and sits near an extraction point, useful also for A Toxic Trail. Approach the Water Treatment Center from the south and interact with the notice board outside the main entrance to collect a researcher's note. After interacting, extract at the nearby Water Treatment Elevator and travel to Buried City. In Buried City, reach the top floor above the Convinio at the Piazza Roma dual apartment buildings. Dying does not reset progress, so avoid bringing high-value gear.
