Arc Raiders launched in late October and became a rapid commercial success, selling millions of copies within days and maintaining six-digit Steam numbers. The shooter won Best Multiplayer Game at the 2025 Game Awards and sustained player engagement well beyond its debut surge. Embark Studios has shipped frequent updates focused on quality-of-life improvements, new features, and additional maps. The Cold Snap update introduced a frosty map condition and an in-game Winter event. Players who participate in the Winter event before January 13 receive 1,000 free Raider tokens. Embark commits to long-term live service support and multiple significant updates planned for 2026.
