Communication Hideout sends players to the Red Tower in Buried City to boot an antenna. The Red Tower is in southern Buried City and is relatively safe, though raiders sometimes check a Security Breach beneath it. Players must find a missing battery cell on the ground outside the tower's east side next to a small structure. Interact with the box to obtain the cell, then turn 180 degrees to place it in a nearby yellow generator's glowing blue slot. Interact with the generator to enable power, then head up to boot the antenna terminal. Extraction is not required, so a free loadout is recommended; nearby Santa Maria houses offer extra loot.
