Scramble Knights Royale blends top-down action-RPG mechanics with competitive battle-royale gameplay and a claymation-inspired art style. Matches begin with 32 players arriving by boat on an island filled with NPC enemies, environmental hazards, caves, and traps. Players start unarmed and must gather weapons, armor, and power from the environment before engaging human opponents. Funktronic Labs plans a 2026 release and is running a limited Steam playtest for North America from January 9–11 as an initial server test.
