The video game preservation group Hidden Palace has successfully uncovered a nearly complete version of the lost Animaniacs game, Hollywood Hypnotics. Originally developed by Full Fat Productions in the early 2000s but shelved due to the publisher's collapse in 2003, the game features adventure and platforming mechanics typical of the Game Boy Advance era. It follows the Warner siblings as they thwart Pinky and the Brain's villainous plot to convert their iconic Water Tower into a rocket. Fans can now enjoy this slice of gaming nostalgia, which is fully playable on modern emulators.
The recovery of the unfinished Animaniacs game, Hollywood Hypnotics, allows fans to experience a lost piece of gaming history that was nearly completed before its cancellation.
Originally developed by Full Fat Productions in the early 2000s, Hollywood Hypnotics combines point-and-click adventure mechanics with traditional 2D platforming, a staple for GBA games.
