Render Networks acquires mPower, gains investment, and will begin serving electrics

Render Networks has acquired mPower Innovations and secured a $20 million AUD investment to enhance its capabilities in serving electric companies. The acquisition allows Render to transition from field-first execution to a comprehensive end-of-system execution model. This move will accelerate the development of its geospatial foundation and AI approach. The combined entity will manage the entire asset lifecycle for electric utilities and telecommunications. The investment reflects the growing demand for infrastructure deployment, which is becoming increasingly capital intensive.
