Amazon has acquired Fauna Robotics, a startup focused on creating kid-size humanoid robots. The deal's terms remain undisclosed, but Fauna's employees will join Amazon in New York City. Fauna has already begun shipping its first product, a bipedal robot named Sprout, to select partners.
