Ryan said he invited Crenshaw onto his YouTube show but that Crenshaw demanded special concessions and refused to sign a waiver form, which Ryan called a bogus excuse. Ryan said higher-profile guests signed waivers and that he offered Crenshaw a chance to address allegations of insider trading to five and a half million viewers. Ryan warned that Crenshaw sends threatening legal letters to critics. Crenshaw replied on X saying his attorney accepted terms and that Ryan never sent documents to sign, saying the meeting was settled.
