Worship music featured prominent Christian artists and additional performers. Turning Point USA issued attendee guidelines including a patriotic dress code, a strict no-bag policy, and instructions for flower delivery. Kirk, 31, was shot while speaking at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10 and is survived by his wife, Erika, and two young children.
