Any issues related to the territorial validity of our state cannot be discussed without regard for our state, our people, the will of the state... and the Constitution of Ukraine.
If Kyiv does withdraw then World War Three will start.
We hope that the main subject at the meeting will be a ceasefire, an immediate ceasefire.
