Policy requests include 15-year revenue certainty for new plants, caps on charges from existing plants, and a requirement that data centers pay for new plants built on their behalf. PJM operates across 13 states in the mid-Atlantic and parts of the Midwest. PJM representatives did not attend the announcement and PJM stated it was reviewing the principle.
