President Donald Trump told the Secret Service that Marjorie Taylor Greene may have tipped off CODEPINK about his location at a Washington, D.C., restaurant Greene recommended. CODEPINK activists heckled Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and other officials while they dined at Joe's Stone Crab, chanting “Free D.C.! Free Palestine!” and calling Trump “the Hitler of our time.” Trump walked up and smiled at a woman recording the confrontation before security removed the activists. Security officials expressed concern for the president’s safety. Greene and a CODEPINK spokesperson denied contact; Greene did not attend the dinner despite allegedly calling the White House to confirm Trump would be there, which White House officials found odd.
