President Donald Trump insisted the war between Israel and Hamas is over and expressed belief the recent ceasefire will hold. Aboard Air Force One en route to Israel, Trump said people are tired after centuries of conflict. The ceasefire deal will result in dozens of hostages being released on Monday; of the remaining 48 hostages, 20 are believed alive. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel had fought for two years to achieve its war aims, chiefly to return all hostages. Trump traveled to Israel a little more than two years after Hamas attacks that killed 1,200 people and took hundreds of hostages. A Tel Aviv rally crowd chanted "Thank you, Trump!"
