The Disappearances in Minnesota
"A number of new videos have surfaced in the last day, depicting the aftermath of an encounter reported by CNN. While the initial encounter (reportedly showing ICE chasing a family) is not on these videos, the aftermath, in which Pretti spits towards a large SUV, then kicks and shatters its tail light, is. One after another goon jumps out of the SUV and tackles Pretti, who manages to squirm free, after which the goons leave."
"The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) is releasing new evidence demonstrating that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) continues to publish false Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) "arrest" claims in press releases and on their website by mischaracterizing routine custody transfers from Minnesota state prisons. DHS's "Worst of the Worst" (WOW) website, wow.dhs.gov/Minnesota, allows users to search by state and city for "criminal illegal aliens that have been removed from their state.""
Newly surfaced videos capture the aftermath of an encounter in which Pretti spits at a large SUV, shatters its taillight, and is tackled by multiple individuals who then leave. The videos do not justify Pretti's murder and may reveal involvement by Homeland Security Investigations agents among those who tackled him, creating a potential conflict with HSI's investigative role. Additional footage reportedly shows the same perpetrators assaulting peaceful bystanders days before Pretti was killed. The Minnesota Department of Corrections released evidence showing DHS/ICE mischaracterized routine custody transfers as arrests and identified 68 such lawfully transferred cases.
