Rep. Jamie Raskin and Attorney General Pam Bondi exchanged heated remarks at a House Judiciary Committee hearing, during which Bondi muttered that Raskin was a "washed-up loser lawyer" and "not even a lawyer." Raskin corrected her by identifying himself as a washed-up law professor, noting prior service as an Assistant Attorney General and 25 years as a law professor. Raskin emphasized that he pays his bar dues and is a real lawyer. Raskin challenged Bondi to discuss constitutional issues and accused agencies she represents of violating First, Second, and Fourth Amendment rights.
