Alexis Wilkins filed a lawsuit in Texas against podcaster Kyle M. Seraphin for allegedly making false, malicious claims that she is a Mossad agent and a honeypot targeting FBI Director Kash Patel. The complaint describes Seraphin as a former FBI special agent turned podcaster who allegedly fabricated the story for clicks and spread it across X, Rumble, and YouTube. Specific defamatory statements are quoted that accuse Wilkins of being a former Mossad operative and of using her relationship with Patel to compromise him. Lawyers state Seraphin personally met Wilkins and Patel at a political event and seek damages for reputational harm.

It added: Defendant, a former FBI special agent himself, who now makes a living as a podcaster and political commentatorprofiting on controversy and outrageis using this fabricated story as self-enriching clickbait and has spread it to his sizable audience that follows his daily broadcasts on X, Rumble, and YouTube.
