Alex Pretti, 37, was filmed surrounded by federal officers after he attempted to help a woman who had been pushed to the ground; he was fatally shot. The Lemkin Institute condemned ICE and CBP agents as loyal to Nazis and white supremacists and said they are acting as enemies of the Constitution. Agents recruited with flyers framing a choice between 'homeland' and an 'invasion' have roamed cities, arrested people, and opened fire nearly two dozen times, killing at least six.
