Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem posted the same image showing a neutral expression. The video, filmed by Levy Armstrong's husband, shows federal agents approaching, her asking to be treated with dignity, agents saying they needed to cuff her while recording, and agents saying they did not want to create a false narrative.
