Hennepin County prosecutor Mary Moriarty said her team is coordinating with state law enforcement and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and expects local authorities to secure and process the scene. Tensions were heightened by a prior federal exclusion of state investigators, and an angry crowd confronted agents.
