Man charged with threatening Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee also accused of vowing to skin' federal judge
"A grand jury could soon decide whether the man accused of threatening to kill Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee should also be indicted for allegedly vowing to skin a San Francisco federal judge, a prosecutor said Wednesday. The federal grand jury's decision which could come as early as next week adds to the mounting legal peril for 45-year-old David Pokorny."
"The missives included a slur while referring to Black Oakland residents, with Pokorny claiming he had a legal right to kill all of the government officials in Oakland and all of the police officers and judges in Oakland as well, according to court records. One email sent to Lee on Sept. 21 stated: You are a psychopath, and I'm going to torture and murder you, court records show. County prosecutors added a hate-crime sentencing enhancement against Pokorny,"
