Substantial evidence indicates he has lived in Maryland since about 2017, including listing a Maryland apartment in a 2017 divorce complaint and remaining in Maryland after resigning from the Navy Reserve. He became a full-time influencer and political activist, amplified Pizzagate and other conspiracy theories, and publicly promoted voter-fraud claims. He accused Montgomery County of fraud, prompting an RNC lawsuit that was later withdrawn after a judge found no evidence of legal or procedural violations.
