Fanone engaged with pro-rioter troll Ivan Raiklin and loudly cursed as Rep. Troy Nehls attempted to shift blame away from Donald Trump. Later on The Jim Acosta Show, Fanone criticized Republican lawmakers who previously condemned January 6 violence but now defend Trump. He said Trump's personal attacks on Jack Smith incite supporters to target officials and their families. Fanone cited Eric Swalwell's acknowledgment that many Republican colleagues privately call Trump a "raving buffoon" and a danger to the country.
