"As part of that line of argumentation, HBO's lawyer asked Loomer about social media posts she made last year calling Graham gay. "When is Lindsey coming out of the closet? We all you know you're gay, Lindsey," Loomer wrote in 2024 on X. She was responding to how Graham had called her "toxic." "And you responded to him on Twitter, right?" HBO lawyer Katherine Bolger asked Loomer during the deposition, according to court records obtained by The Daily Beast."
