ICE agents pepper spray protesters, arrest one in downtown S.F.
Briefly

Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested an asylum-seeker after a hearing at an immigration court in downtown San Francisco and attempted to transport the person to ICE headquarters. Protesters who have been gathering outside the court tried to block the vehicles and stop the transport, holding signs and standing in front of a van. Video and witnesses reported masked ICE agents disembarking, wielding batons, pepper-spraying protesters, tackling one person to the ground, and making arrests. Traffic and a Muni bus initially blocked ICE vehicles; agents later turned and sped down a one-way street as protesters chased the van and followed agents toward headquarters, chanting "Shame!"
"This car has ICE in it!"
"ICE is not welcome in San Francisco!"
"The protesters and the ICE agents were facing off ... and there were probably like 30-40 passers by, stopped, staring, filming,"
"Stop your car to block ICE."
