"When I hear that, I know right away that someone is somewhere, and they need to be disrupted,"
"a feminist grassroots organization working to end US wars and militarism."
"These people should not get a second of peace wherever they are. If they're in public, we will find them and we will make sure that they hear what we have to say,"
"We could have sat right down at their table,"
Olivia DiNucci, an organizer with Code Pink, left a protest outside the UK embassy after learning Donald Trump might dine at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab. DiNucci contacted fellow activists, made a last-minute reservation, and prepared chants and statements before arriving an hour before the president. The activists expected a private dining room but found Trump's table adjacent and learned he was accompanied by senior officials including VP J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. The activists intended to ensure the president and his party heard their objections in public.
