Trump suggested Democratic governors should invite federal involvement to showcase falling crime. Governor Newsom responded by calling the remarks remarkably boring and insignificant, labeled the Greenland proposal never serious, and described parts of the address as having 'fire and fury' that ultimately signified nothing.
