Did JD Vance Read a Different Set of Epstein Files?
"For a few peaceful days-right after the Justice Department uploaded more than three million pages of the Epstein files-Vice President JD Vance's social media channels went gloriously and uncharacteristically dark. But Vance wasn't taking time to contend with the fact that his boss is mentioned in more than 5,300 files, including (uninvestigated) allegations of rape and pedophilia. No. Rather, he was just formulating another shitty take."
""I think that it just shows there's an incestuous nature to America's elites," Vance continued, "and it's pretty gross. And a lot of people, I think, it reflects very poorly on them. Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, a lot of others." I mean, yes. Gates and Clinton are mentioned plenty, and it does reflect poorly on them-just as it reflects poorly on Trump, Lutnick, Elon Musk, Brett Ratner, and at least a dozen other MAGA-circling freaks, who are also mentioned plenty."
The Justice Department released more than three million pages of Epstein files. Vice President JD Vance briefly went silent on social media then claimed the files exonerate President Trump, asserting Trump was "very much outside" Epstein's "social circle" and not particularly friendly with Epstein despite similar wealth and power. Vance previously criticized elite connections as "incestuous," naming figures such as Bill Gates and Bill Clinton. The files mention Trump more than 5,300 times and include uninvestigated allegations. Vance supported calls to summon Prince Andrew to testify and noted Clintons agreeing to testify amid uneven scrutiny of Trump administration figures.
