"Dallas police responded at around 6:40 a.m. on Wednesday to reports of a shooting at an ICE facility located off of I-35E near Empire Central. Authorities have confirmed that three detainees were shot by a shooter with a rifle posted on a nearby building. The shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound and two of three detainees shot were reportedly killed. No officers were injured in the shooting."
