President Donald Trump posted an extended attack on Truth Social accusing Bill Maher of peculiar behavior at their dinner and calling him low-rated and lightweight. Maher rebutted the post during a monologue, explaining difficulty distinguishing Trump's jokes from serious statements and citing an example about Melania's movie and a quip about China making Canada give up hockey. Maher said he woke to a blistering social-media message on Valentine's Day and described being called a jerk and accused of Trump derangement syndrome.
