Biden last underwent common prostate cancer screening in 2014, rep reveals
Briefly

Former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, surprising many in his inner circle who were unaware of prior health issues. Speculation arose over the absence of routine PSA blood tests during his presidency, especially since his last test was in 2014. White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor did not mention a PSA test in Biden's latest physical. Critics suggest that avoiding the test due to potential false positives may have contributed to the advanced stage of his cancer, with experts asserting the disease could have been present for years.
"Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer," the rep went on in response to speculation that the 82-year-old had been secretly diagnosed while in office.
"What's ironic is that if they didn't give the president a PSA test because of the potential for optics of a possible false positive, that decision is ultimately going to lead to his death because they could have caught it earlier."
"I think the likely scenario, knowing Kevin O'Connor pretty well, is that they had a discussion on what a PSA test is, and they decided not to do one because it would likely be elevated and cause a story..."
Dr. Zeke Emanuel stated Biden has "had this for many years, maybe even a decade, growing there and spreading."
